What’s updated?
New Feature: SMS Alerts
- Send SMS messages to any user who has a mobile number in their Wellsite Report account
- Upload a PDF or image to be sent as downloadable link within the text message
- Select recipients by base, role, or a combination of both
- If your company enables SMS, your existing users must agree to the new EULA in order to receive SMS messages. All new users created as of this release will be presented the updated EULA and will not be required to accept the EULA again once your company enables SMS

- New Feature: Pro users can export personnel information into an Excel spreadsheet
- Improvement: Users may sort by columns on View Completed Forms and View Equipment
- Improvement: Clearer indication of Required Fields on mobile incidents and project updates
- Improvement: Field history is easier and more user-friendly to view and load
- Improvement: Added a “View More” link to Open Tasks and Action Items on Dashboard
- Improvement: Images uploaded to incidents or project updates can now be viewed in Lightbox gallery style
- Improvement: Completed form attachments can now be downloaded from form view
- Multiple bug fixes
